CANCELLATION POLICY
Her Mane Therapy – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Her Mane Therapy, we value your time and appreciate your commitment to maintaining a consistent hair care routine. To ensure smooth operations and fair scheduling, we enforce the following cancellation and rescheduling policy: Prepayment & Rescheduling Guidelines • Prepayment deposits are fully non-refundable. This deposit secures your appointment slot and cannot be transferred to another client or refunded under any circumstances. • Clients may reschedule their appointment up to two times without losing their deposit. No more than two reschedules are allowed per prepayment. If you need to reschedule beyond this limit, a new deposit will be required to book again. • Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional fees. Cancellations & Late Changes • Do not cancel your appointment if you only need to adjust your service. Instead, contact us directly to modify your booking. Canceling your appointment will result in an automatic forfeiture of your deposit. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 30% fee of the total service cost, which will be charged to the card on file or must be paid before rebooking. No-Show & Late Arrival Policy • A no-show (failure to arrive without prior notice) will result in a 30% fee of the total service cost, charged to the card on file or due before rebooking. • Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may require rescheduling at the salon’s discretion, and your deposit may be forfeited. Final Notes • All services are non-refundable. We encourage clients to review their final style before leaving the salon. • By booking an appointment with Her Mane Therapy, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
